Outsourcing and Migration
eKnowlogie offers software outsourcing and migration services to
complement our product offerings and to support product development
partnerships with our customers and partners.
We have been entrusted
in the past with classified military applications from the US Army
Aviation and Missile Command, and from the US Air Force Research
Laboratories at Wright Patterson Air Force Base.
eKnowlogie offers customer organizations the service of
application migration (such as
from ColdFusion to Java JSP) at either the eKnowlogie or the customer
location. Because these migration services make use of our automated
migration technology, these services are offered at a fraction of the
cost and time of other migration solutions available to the customer.
The resulting migrated applications produced by eKnowlogie typically
contain a more conceptual, modular architecture than alternative
solutions.
eKnowlogie has invested
significant resources into building migration support libraries,
which are provided to the customer in source code form at no additional
charge. The alternative of developing comparable migration
support libraries from scratch
for a single specific customer may become
prohibitively expensive.
